Quality desk · radio clusters · outage hours

The sector that failed at 02:00 should still have a name at 09:00.

Releasegridpath sits with telecom operators who already own their counters, tickets, and plant logs. We read service-quality extracts and outage windows for a named cluster, then leave a walkthrough note the morning desk can open without decoding a dashboard.

Radio cluster quality walkthrough — two days on one cluster, hourly CSSR and drops, complaints mapped to faces, open outages given a chronology.

What the desk actually receives

The commercial core is an assessment, not a subscription screen. You name a cluster, a look-back window, and the person who will sit with the files. We do not install probes, we do not hold subscriber money, and we do not run the network. A companion local tracking utility can store the same kind of notes on the operator’s own computer; it is listed on Veve as a web page, not as a file drop.

A chronology that did not stop at the fibre ticket

On a disputed overnight in western Georgia, the transmission group had already closed a cut. Counters on a third site kept falling after the trail was restored because a shared rectifier door had been opened while chasing the first alarm. The quality paragraph of that note is on the desk notes page; the method is in the field note When the fibre ticket is true and still not the whole outage.
