Cookies

This page describes storage used on https://releasegridpath.digital. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. The first-visit banner offers Accept and Reject with equal prominence. Rejecting optional cookies does not hide assessments, rates, or legal pages.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small piece of data a site asks your browser to store. This site also uses localStorage for the consent record because the banner must remember a choice without requiring an account.

Types we use

Essential: the consent record itself, so the banner does not return every page load after you choose. Optional analytics: only if you Accept; they help us see which public paths are requested, not to build a marketing profile. We do not use advertising networks on this site.

Name Purpose Duration Provider
releasegridpath_cookie_consent Stores Accept or Reject for the banner (localStorage) Until you clear site data Releasegridpath (first party)
rgp_path_count Optional count of public path requests after Accept 13 months Releasegridpath (first party)

How to manage or disable

Use the banner on first visit. To change a choice later, clear site data for this domain in your browser, then reload; the banner will return. You can also block cookies for this host in browser settings. Blocking all storage may cause the banner to reappear because the preference cannot be saved.

Third-party cookies

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. Embedded images are requested from the public image hosts named in the page source (for example Unsplash or Pexels). Those hosts may set their own cookies according to their policies. We do not control those cookies. The Veve link is an ordinary navigation to https://veve.me/ and is not a file download from this host.

Impact of disabling

Disabling optional analytics does not remove walkthrough briefs or field notes. Disabling all storage only affects whether the banner stays dismissed. The site remains readable.
