Assessment
Overnight quality desk review
A standing weekly reading of the night shift’s quality exceptions for one region, written so the morning supervisor does not start from a blank screen.
- Who it is for
- Regional quality leads covering mixed urban and mountain sites
- What is left with the desk
- Four weekend notes plus a close-out list of repeating sectors
- Duration
- Four-week block, one written note after each weekend
- Where it happens
- Remote; extracts placed in a folder the desk already uses
- How it is priced
- Retainer for a four-week block — see rates.
Included
- Agreed exception list (which counters, which thresholds the desk already uses)
- Weekend note naming sectors, not only region totals
- A repeating-sector list at the end of the block
Left out
- 24-hour staffing of a NOC
- Paging or on-call for live outages
How the days run
- Week 0: freeze the exception list so we are not inventing new KPIs mid-block.
- Each weekend: read the extracts, write the note, leave it in the agreed folder.
- Week 4: repeating sectors and a recommendation to stop, continue, or narrow the list.
Preparation
A stable naming file for sites. Changing site codes mid-block wastes the comparison.
Constraints
Night notes are informational. They do not authorise field work.
