Controller

The controller for this website is Releasegridpath, reachable at contact@releasegridpath.digital, 160DaveTrl Prosper Texas(TX) 75078, telephone +19724230525. This site does not operate an account system and does not present a lead-generation form.

What this site processes

Visiting the public pages sends ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, time) to the host. Those logs exist to keep the host stable and to investigate abuse. If you email or telephone us, we process the content you choose to send in order to reply to a booking or a legal request. We do not run a newsletter list from this site.

Cookies

A brand-prefixed localStorage key records whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Essential operation of the pages does not depend on accepting optional cookies. Details sit on the cookies page.

Purpose and legal basis

Host logs: legitimate interest in operating a stable informational site. Email and telephone records: steps toward a contract or your request before a contract, and legal obligation where a refund or dispute file must be kept. We do not sell contact lists.

Retention

Host logs are kept only as long as the host’s ordinary rotation, typically under ninety days unless an abuse investigation is open. Booking correspondence is kept for up to five years where Georgian accounting or dispute practice requires a record, then deleted or archived to the minimum needed for a live case.

Your rights

You may ask what records we hold about a correspondence thread, ask for correction of your contact details, object to non-essential processing, and ask for erasure where no legal hold applies. Send the request to contact@releasegridpath.digital. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority in Georgia if you believe a processing of personal data is unlawful.

International transfers

The published correspondence address is in Texas. Hosting and email handling may store copies outside Georgia. Where a transfer leaves Georgia, we rely on contractual clauses with the host and on the fact that you chose to write to the published addresses. Do not send special-category data or subscriber payloads to the public email address.

Children

The site is written for professional radio and quality staff. It is not directed at children.
