Rates, starting figures, and what moves a quote
These figures are informational. There is no checkout on this site and no monthly software card. A walkthrough for a dense urban cluster with two vendors in the extract costs more than a single-vendor rural cluster with a clean site-code list. Email the cluster name and the look-back window; we return a written quote.
Two days on one named cluster plus write-up. Starting point when extracts are already hourly and the site-code list is stable.
From 2,400 GEL per cluster
Priced by ticket volume and the number of plant logs that must be lined up. One revision pass is included.
From 1,100 GEL per incident
Four-week block, one weekend note plus a repeating-sector page. Not a staffed NOC.
4,800 GEL per four-week block
One facilitated day and a circulated glossary. Extra vendors in the mix add a half-day.
1,600 GEL per day
What changes the figure
- Look-back longer than fourteen days on a walkthrough
- Missing site-code list or two unofficial naming files that disagree
- Incident packs that arrive as slides instead of ticket exports
- Travel to a radio room outside Tbilisi when on-site presence is required
Deposits
On-site walkthroughs may ask for a 30% deposit to hold the two-day window. Dictionary sessions booked more than three weeks ahead may ask for the same. Remote chronologies are usually billed on delivery of the draft. Refund rules for unused days and work already started are on the refunds page.
