Bookings and questions about a named cluster, incident, or dictionary day are handled by email or telephone. This page does not collect names, numbers, or project briefs. If you write, include the cluster or incident identifier yourself so the desk can find the files.

What to send
For a quality walkthrough: cluster name, technologies in the extract, look-back dates, and whether you can sit in the radio room or only share a screen. For a chronology: the incident identifier and whether ticket exports can be shown. Do not send private keys, live feeds, or subscriber payloads. We will not accept them.
Hours
Written replies are prepared on weekdays. Overnight review blocks are scheduled in advance; they are not an emergency pager. Live outages remain with your NOC.
