Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026. These terms apply to the public website at https://releasegridpath.digital and to assessments described on it.
Acceptance
By reading this site or booking a walkthrough, chronology, overnight review, or dictionary session with Releasegridpath, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for an operator, you confirm you have authority to show the extracts you intend to show. If you do not agree, do not book.
What is offered
Releasegridpath offers informational assessments and a separately listed local data tracking utility. The utility is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. Assessments do not include network operation, crew dispatch, or custody of funds. Pricing on the rates page is informational and is not a standing offer to the public at large until a written quote is accepted.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and original diagrams remain the property of Releasegridpath. Counter files, tickets, and plant logs you show remain yours. Walkthrough notes and chronologies produced for a booking are licensed to the booking operator for internal operations and regulatory packs; they may not be resold as a product. You must not scrape the site to train a competing public corpus without written consent.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not attempt to probe, overload, or bypass access controls on this host. Do not send malware to the published email address. Do not impersonate Releasegridpath or imply Binance, Marvel, or Disney endorsement.
Confidentiality of extracts
We treat counter extracts and tickets shown during a booking as confidential to that operator. We do not require live feeds. We will not accept private keys. If a file is shown only on a screen, we do not retain a copy unless you place one in an agreed folder.
Liability
Walkthrough notes are informational. They do not authorise field work, retunes, or regulatory filings by themselves. To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia, Releasegridpath is not liable for lost traffic, lost licence conditions, or indirect loss arising from a decision you take after reading a note. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law, including liability for wilful misconduct where such a limit is forbidden.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site and from bookings, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to an individual who books in a personal capacity.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new date on this page. Bookings already confirmed in writing remain under the terms cited in that confirmation unless both sides agree otherwise.
