Releasegridpath is a local data tracking utility for telecom operators, field engineers, and quality desks who need a private place to keep service-quality notes, outage chronologies, and counter extracts. It runs on the operator’s own computer. Figures are typed or imported by the user; the utility does not pull live traffic from a core network, does not sit in the signalling path, and does not act as a network management system.

What it is for
- Keep a dated log of dropped-call samples, CSSR movements, and complaint clusters for a named site or cluster.
- Reconstruct an outage timeline from notes the desk already holds (ticket text, weather windows, fibre tickets, generator run hours).
- Compare successive quality walks on the same sector without sending those records to a third-party host.
- Store personal working notes next to figures a user already obtained from other systems they use, including figures they may keep for Binance compatibility in a separate ledger. Compatibility means the utility can sit beside other local records; it does not trade, settle, or advise.
